With Field Services, a fellow licensed REMAX Real Estate Group Agent is always at your service to assist with an entire list of needs you might have in order to maintain your professional business!

Available Services:

Showings
Open Houses
Flyer Delivery
Key Courier Services
Installation & Removal of Key Boxes
Listing Set-Up (delivery of flyers, booties, talking-point signs, key box installation, etc.)
Listing Tear Down (removal of listing supplies & key boxes)
Meeting with various vendors (inspectors, sewer scope professionals, stagers, photographers, contractors, appraisers, etc.)

Rates start at just $45 per hour!*

*Minimum 1 Hour charge. Additional hours billed out in 15 minute increments. Fees will be conveniently added to your monthly office bill.
**Service hours are 9 am – 6 pm; certain exceptions apply (i.e. for showings). 24 Hour advanced notice requested to guarantee service, though we are happy to accommodate you in as little as a 3-hour advanced window, when available.

How Do I Request Assistance?

Simply email fieldservices@eriehomefinder.com.

Your email will go out to our entire Field Services Team, and after your request is received by the Team Members, they will respond with their availability to assist you.
